ABOUT US

It all begins with an idea.

We live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Transylvania County is in the mountains of western North Carolina. It truly is a blessing to wake up every morning in God’s playground. We also understand the importance taking care of our resources.

While many people come up here to play, there are a lot of people in our county that live and work here. As our area has grown, the number of available housing for working and middle class families has shrunk. Our mission is to help address that need. New Legacy Builders is focused on using energy efficient building techniques to build great quality yet affordable homes.

Come build your legacy with us.
